We are a Legitimate Authorised Retailer. Our products comes directly from the Fragrance Houses and Authorised Distributors. Our products are 100% genuine and are sold at competitive prices.
Any payment transactions will be encrypted using secure sockets layer (SSL) technology and all your personal details are stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch e-mail with your tracking number . You can then track the parcel using the tracking number. We usually dispatch our orders in a same working day. If you can’t find your e-mail make sure you double check your junk/spam folders.
You cannot cancel your order once its placed. You can return your order at your own risk. Once we get our parcel, we’ll refund you.
Currently gift vouchers can only be redeemed online and cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used on any other stores.
