If a delivery attempt is made by Royal Mail and nobody is home to sign for the item, the driver will leave a card for you to arrange another delivery or collection from your local Royal Mail office.
* Everything possible is done to achieve these delivery times, however, in busy periods there can sometimes be slight delays.
** Please note, with all DPD Offshore orders (see postcodes included) there are substantial charges involved. We recommend using Royal Mail for all UK offshore orders.

WEEKEND ORDERS
If you place an order after 3pm on Friday afternoon, this will be processed and shipped on the following Monday morning. The warehouse will also be closed on Bank Holidays unless otherwise stated, so orders will be shipped out the next working day.
HIGH VOLUME ORDERS
Due to Royal Mail shipping restrictions, we can only ship 600ml of perfume/aftershave in one package, therefore orders that contain more than 600ml will be shipped in multiple packages or via DPD.

MISSING PARCEL CLAIMS
If your parcel goes missing with one of our logistics partners, please get in touch with our customer service team. You will be asked to complete a short form about your order and we will submit this to our logistics partners claims team. Unfortunately, claims can take up to 30 days to get a resolution. We can only apologize for the inconvenience caused on behalf of our logistics partners.
